Recently, actor Chris Pratt confessed that when he was overweight he had a lot of problems. When you look at Pratt, who is married to the beautiful actress Ana Faris, it’s hard to believe that he could have any problems at all. He was in one of the top movies around, Guardians of the Galaxy; he is married to a beautiful actress; and in 2014 he was on the cover of the “GQ Men of the Year” magazine. It seems that the fit and ripped actor has it all going on.
But this wasn’t always the case. He recently gave interviews stating that when he was 80 pounds overweight he told the UK magazine Men’s Health that he was “impotent, fatigued, emotionally depressed.” Chris Pratt is only 35 years old but being overweight can affect men of all ages. When you look at Pratt know he is far from being referred to as “Fat Pratt.”
Pratt was overweight for several years and finally had enough. He began eating a Paleo type diet and exercising and lost 80 pounds. When he was toting around that extra weight he admits to having a low sex drive. He just really lost interest in having sex and actually lost his initiative in other areas as well.
